• Access to the prospect database is granted exclusively for client prospecting purposes within the application.
• The use of leads for purposes other than those stipulated, including sale, resale, or transfer to third parties, is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments

• All payments made for Growing Sales services are final and non-refundable.
• No returns, partial cancellations, or refunds are offered under any circumstances.

3. Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Growing Sales is not responsible for misuse of the database outside the application.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
